Habbaniya War Cemetery Grave Remembered - No 3
Sixty-nine years ago today, on the 5th March 1957, Senior Aircraftman Michael John Baker of the Royal Air Force, died in an accident when the lorry in which he was a passenger overturned on its way back to RAF Habbaniya. He was buried in the cemetery at Habbaniya in Plot 4 Row B Grave 6. He was only nineteen years old. May he rest in peace.
