Shown below is a 2019 Google Maps image of the area covered by the original Hinaidi Cantonment. Note that many features, especially the service roads etc, are still clearly visible, despite the major changes made to the air base by the Iraqi air force since RAF Hinaidi was handed over to the Iraqi Government.
